About 80% of world’s adult population consume coffee either in their daily routine or occasionally. We are so dependent on coffee that a day without a cup of coffee (can make us feel lethargic all day) is a nightmare. Morning Coffee has become a sacred part of our lives. And lack of sleep can negatively affect losing weight.

Caffeine can irritate your guts- Coffee may be not a good choice for people, who suffer from acid reflux or heartburn. If you feel uncomfortable after drinking coffee, then you may experience a hard time working out, and that would be unpleasant. People who have digestive issues might want to avoid taking coffee in these certain conditions.

The effect of caffeine is highly individualized; some people consume 3-4 cups in a day, while people who have low caffeine tolerance can feel jittery even if they consume low doses. However, never use coffee as a meal replacement. Coffee can be considered a safe drink if consumed in moderation and will have a good effect on losing weight.
